Had my bike serviced at Storm Cycles recently and they were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They assessed my bike on the spot and gave a quote for repairs, so I knew exactly what to expect. My bike had a few parts to be replaced, and they managed to have everything finished much sooner than anticipated. The old bike now runs like a dream!

  I just purchased a beautiful new cruiser from Storm Cycles just in time for summer!! I was undecided between a few bikes I’d seen online and the guys in store went through all the differences of each so I could make the right decision! They’re so helpful and friendly and I could also get all my extras like a helmet and bike lock. They also throw in your first service for free and if you live locally you can pop in whenever you need to to pump up your tyres!! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for your new bike needs!

We bought 2 e-bikes, Sheridan and Terry are friendly and knowledgeable, great service, spent the time we needed to understand the options, offered a range of bikes to test, and prices are competitive. Also offer full maintenance and repair service so we will be in good hands down the road. Great range of accessories too! We tried several bike stores on the Gold Coast but came back to Storm and glad we did. We love the bikes, a couple of people have already asked us in person and we sent them straight to Storm.   Well, where do I start. From the first moment my partner and I Walked in the door to the moment we both left with our brand new cruisers, what brilliant customer service and brilliant products. Firstly, to the man who assisted us with all our needs thank you. We rocked up because they had in stock his and hers cruiser bikes, firstly so hard to find such a great quality cruiser for such a great price, from the moment I test rode the bike to the end of the shop fronts (looked awkward as I bet hahaha) I knew that I wanted this bike. We bought two bikes, 2 baskets for our dogs (that we got fitted) and a bike lock and helmet. When we got home, my mate was there and couldn’t believe how good the bikes looked, he test rode mine and immediately got the same reaction I got, The most comfortable bike I have ever been on and rode. The service was brilliant, I highly recommend these bikes and bike shop. Thank you again

  Storm Cycles had great communication over the phone to confirm and clarify a few details from my online research. Their website is well laid out and easy to interpret, and their in-store staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me with my purchase. The after-sales service is also great and friendly. Can't recommend them highly enough!

  My husband and I both purchased e-bikes from Storm and are so happy with them and the service we received. We went to the store planning to buy a more expensive brand of bike but after discussion with Terry there, we realised that we didn’t need to spend the extra money for how we planned to use the bikes. We subsequently needed a couple of small adjustments to one of the bikes and there was no problem getting it done. We definitely recommend going to Storm Cycle. We were also very happy to be supporting a local business that’s a real asset to our beach front, bike riding community.

  The team at Storm Cycles are fantastic. I've bought 2 bikes from the store and have my Vintage MTB serviced at the store regularly to keep the old girl running like new. Terry is a first rate bike mechanic who took great care of my bike. Genuinely passionate about his craft. Sheridan can always manage to track down the right parts and looks to provide fast turn around and outstanding value. Storm Cycles is well worth a look for a new bike or service from a great family business.

  I chose to shop at Storm after reading great google reviews.... I'm happy I did! They were amazing, I wanted a hybrid with an upright sitting position (difficult to find), that would also fit in my car. They made sure it would fit, I spent about two days cycling around the coast then realised I needed a basket, they fitted it right away and even suggested the best basket for my needs (20kg capacity, holds my groceries). Can highly recommend, I'm now a keen cyclist and can't believe i didn't buy a bike sooner.

  We were told this place was really knowledgeable with ebikes. They sure are , and they fixed the problem perfectly. I thought it was the end for the bike but it has not missed a beat since I had it back 2 weeks ago. It was repaired at such a good price too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this little Shop. Rod Booth.
